"Chicharrón preparado, or prepared chicharrónes, are made with the large rectangular fried chicharrón de harina, which is then topped with chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cotija cheese, sliced avocados, cueritos (pickled pork rind slices), and hot sauce, usually Salsa Valentina."

Son Valentina + Lemon juice on this is

Cholula is strictly for food if you dont have the homemade sauce on deck, Tapatio is for Lays, quesadillas, pizza, small stuff/snacks like that. Valentina is best paired with Chicharon and tostilocos.

Ehh I'll take your word for it and give it a shot. I used to eat Valentina when I was little but I think as I grew older and ate my moms habanero salsa I realized it doesn't have near enough spice and the flavor is a bit too sweet for my taste. It might be good on this I'll try it out

Isht is delicious but the diet just tells me no.... My aunt owns a stand at the adult soccer league where I'm a referee on Sundays, ans she has chicharrones, tacos, tortas and all these Mexican foods but I refuse to eat them even tho its free ..

A spot that I go to sells all this, but never tried the Chicharron Preparado. 
I just had some Tostilocos yesterday for the 1st time, they are amazing!
and salsa de molcajete is the business....
