My mom works with lawyers and alot of times they attorneys don't let their clients make any statements until all hearings/trials are over. If you would of said he should made a statement sooner after his hearing I would agree with you.

No1 is sayin it validates her gettin beat, but it sure does have alot to do why the situation happened.

I really do believe she provoked it. I don't know either of them but I can't see him just beating her like that for no damn reason. Even before theincident there were rumors about how she treated him. Plus her wanting the order lifted that they aren't allowed to talk to each other for 5 years.
