Chris Paul's Down Year Appreciation Thread.

I get you. Friend made it seem more like he was passing up open shots and not driving in the 4th wearing down.

Funny, the TNT crew asked him about this on Inside The NBA last night. He mentioned having so many good teammates as to why his production is down.....*shrugs.

This thread shall suffice. It wasn't going anywhere anyways, just like the Hornets and CP3

Nah not at all. Like KC said he takes what the defense gives him. West has come up huge in the 4th quarter a few times this season. And Monty seems to want the ball out of CP's hands a lot more whereas previous coaches just let CP run around and do whatever he wanted. He can definitely take over and has, but it seems like he has the most trust in his teammates since the 07-08 season. I wouldn't be surprised if the coaches are just trying to hold him back until the postseason. Don't want to put more strain on that knee.
I'll admit though, it's frustrating when he doesn't even attempt a shot in OT...

Where's that takeover against good teams though, particularly in the 4th quarters?

Sexy > Efficiency = NBA fans perception

In other words...Rose > Paul.

In acuality, Paul >>>> Rose.

Greater than, less than...Always was my best sub-category when it came to math. Easy ain't it?

The 8 assists a game is very misleading.

Rose is not a pg, no disrespect, but he's a great undersized sg who can pass(like Wade, Westbrook, and others). With that said, Rose is playing out of his mind though.

No disrespect, but you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

To be fair, a lot of these guys don't either.  At least about Rose.

Marcus Thornton took over that Memphis game.
