I started wearing boat shoes in the spring and I kind of wanted to know if any of yall wear chukka boots. I've been thinking about getting a pair

I wear chukka boots and love them.
Been contemplating getting a new pair actually, just can't decide which one to get.

How do you wear them? Are they ok for fall and winter weather?

especially with a nice pair of fitted jeans.

Chukkas are very versatile. Can be worn with jeans or chinos/khakis.
Depending on what material you buy, chukkas should be good to go for fall/winter.

Whats a good chukka for ~200? I'm really digging the PS Achilles but they're pricey. Might cop a pair of Alden unlined. Any experience with Barker? Ifound a nice pair of suede wingtips that I wouldn't mind buying.

Barker Black? They're much more expensive than PS or Alden.
Check out Johnston & Murphy Runnel Chukka boot, retail should be $130-$140.
It has a crepe sole though, like Clarks desert boot, which is a good casual choice for a chukka too.
A lot of people seem to like Red Wings Heritage Chukka, retails for around $230 though iirc.
Not much dressy option for that price range though, maybe Stacy Adams or Kenneth Cole has some chukka version.

i've been wearing my pair of clark's DB chukka's a lot since they are very versatile. i want to cop another pair but i'm still undecided if ishould go for the clark's DB bees wax or the red wings heritage chukka. does anybody how the sizing runs for the red wings heritage chukka?

Doubt they're Barker Black, just Barker I believe. The ones I'm looking at cost 160 GBP.

Yes, dress socks preferable.
Deciding between these two:
