I thought they were 100% good until I read that most come with white inserts.

When you post pictures of a fake and authentic , need to explain to the OP why there shoe is real or fake. Don't just post a person saying 1 is real and 1 fake . That doesn't help

Look at the outer ring where the "diamonds" are.

yeah those are fake, and deal straight with paypal. Let them know the seller sent you fake sneakers and you want a full refund.
