Circuit City opening in Morgan Hill (San Jose)

For those who don't know Morgan Hill is just 15 min. south of San Jose and there is a new Circuit City opening on Cochrane..... We are still hiring lots ofpeople and really need some people for Fire Dog and Car stereo installations....you can apply online at circuitcity.com and search for a store in the 95037area code.....I know I'm prolly the only NT'er in Morgan Hill

but i thought some people in San Jose might not mind a little drive for work
 
i'm from morgan hill too.. How's the pay there? Any good positions hiring? I'm tryna look for a new job. Been in retail for almost 2 years @gilroy.

And also, when's Circuit city opening?
 
starting pay is around 9$ and they are supposed to b opening end of next month but really need people for firedog and car audio installations....

Im an associate but we were doing some networking at the Gilroy outlets and stuff and i jus wanted to post and let everyone know we need people. Job seems likeits gonna be pretty cool. It's actually gonna be a new kind of Circuit City called "The City" everything is basically laidback and chill. Forexample our uniforms are just a black T, jeans and black shoes.
 
Damn nice chill.... what is FIREDOG cuz im not to hi tech on installating car audio.

Firedog is circuit city's version of Geek Squad.....You should apply tho b/c were looking for people to work all over the store, i was justsaying we need people on Firedog or people that have experience in audio installation because they haven't hired anybody for that
 
im a supervisor for the car audio installs at circuit city here in the valley though. they pay more if you are in installs. they should start you off at $10 anhr.
 
Oh yea idk what they pay exactly for firedog or installations but it is higher than regular associates

10/hr for regular associates or firedog?? i applied for the firedog.. lol. I know nothing much about computers.. will they train me? I hope so man. if not,i'll be firedog of car audio installations.
 
i think for firedog and car audio u gotta already know that stuff, they'll train those that are already employees for firedog and you gotta get some typeof certificate or something. and doubt it's 10/hr for regular associates, firedog and car audio usually gets a couple bucks more than regular employees.
 
I read on the website saying that there is no need for experience..

O well, we'll see. I don't know much about car stereo, but other car stuff, i know a lot about.

thanks, but they start at $10 hour for firedog. product specialists get paid less. you dont need to know much, you'll learn as you go. they have"e-learnings" which you have to sit at a computer for hours listening to junk tryin to teach you about the company and departments around the store.
