Cleaning Air Jordan Three Cement

excuse me for my ignorance but this is my first pair of cements; scored for a great price but not sure what i could use to clean the white lace holes and the back of the shoe. The white area is a little dingy and i'm not sure what i should use to get this back to factory white; regular shoe cleaner has not worked...

recommendations?
