This should probably be in the shoe forum but some other NTer's have done this with no problems; myself I wouldn't due to Nike's pathetic QC and if the water were to get into the air sole units = sayonara...
If you are going to do it you'll have to put them in a nylon mesh laundry bag or pillowcase; then let them air dry.
Use the search feature; this topic has come up more than once I'm sure.
Have you given up completely on spot cleaning w/a toothbrush and all that?
