cleaning worn shoes

hey, so Im getting worn 3's soon in the mail, Im just wondering..how do you guys clean/disinfect worn shoes? It would be great if the answers come from those who have specifically bought worn 3's before. thanks

For any worn shoes, first thing I'd do is lysol the f out the insides.
