Agree that armor all for the most part sucks but a good majority of mothers and Meguiars OTC stuff isnt that great either. Meguiars professional line is really good and the detailers line is good too.

Some of the over the counter stuff that is ok is NXT wax, Meguiars gold class car wash, High Endurance tire gel is also decent. Mothers clay is suitable too.

There is a lot better stuff that can be found online though

Armor All is terrible, if you are going with off the shelve products, go Meguiars or Mothers.

Don't use those interior dash shine, it keeps the interior oily and shiny and when it's sunny, it'll reflect to your eyes and you'll be annoyed by it, trust me. I always go for the no shine or just a simple duster works, I have a portable one inside my car all the time.


And I wouldn't recommend going to one of those car wash machines, major cause of swirl marks. To be honest I never let anyone else wash my car for the simple fact that if they do not care about it, they'll like mess the paint up.

Armor all is too oily, and tire trim makes your tires brown. Mothers for chrome, Aluminum, the car wash soap & wax. Meguiars carnauba wax & tire dressing. Microfiber is a must. Terry clothes is a no no. Wash your own car fellas. It's cheaper

If you want to go to a carwash, use a Brushless Carwash...that way the dirt from other cars wont go on yours and scratch/mess up your paint job.
