So the rumor mill is already starting up with A$AP Rocky saying in an interview he will be playing Coachella, Justice with a Bay area date in between both weekends and Radiohead with a show in Mexico between both weekends.

I just hope the lineup is just as good as last years. Really regret not making the trip last year. If Radiohead is showing up then that's all the reason I need...
 
I've been the last 2 years but I think I might sit it out in 2012.

I really dislike the fact that they're doing 2 weekends, totally devalues the festival IMO. but then again I shouldn't be surprised since it'll nearly double their profits (it always comes back to the damn $$$)

But I have been pondering something...are all the acts going to stay for and perform both weekends? I find that hard to believe. Either way I think its time to go on a trip and try to make it to one of the other major festivals (Bonaroo, Lollapalooza, etc.)

But with all that being said if the line up completeley blows me away when it releases it'll be hard for me to say no

They said they are gonna try but I'm gonna guess 98% of all the acts will be on both weekends.
There's a bunch you can do in between that week. You don't have to stay in Palm Springs & golf.

Justice has a tour date in Oakland on a Tuesday in between the weekends. They can hit LV, SD, even AZ if they want to.

Radiohead also plays Mexico that Tuesday in between the weekends. So there's money to be made.
 
It'll be interesting how they're going to manage it with the two weekends. They should have just stick with what they've been doing all of these years with just one weekend.

Looking forward to the lineup though. Last year was too dope

Hiphop wise, I really like the artists on this fake poster. I hope Q-tip and Kendrick end up on the lineup somehow.
