Collage wallpaper without PS?

Tried using a couple craptastic online ones. However, I don't have PS, nor do I think I have the patience for it (there is a learning curve to it, I have been told). Also, my only experience with it in the past has been from a torrent that didn't allow me to use any of my saved creations as desktop backgrounds.

Is there any other program you would recommend? Anything built into Windows 7 for that?
