hahahaha i was in the same boat.
grew up in/around Westminster, no more than 5-10 minutes from Little Saigon and I never touched the stuff. I had it once in HS, had a terrible experience, and swore it off for the rest of my life. My wife made me try it again once when I was like 25-26 or so, and I felt like I had been cheeating myself for the last 10 years. Pho is money.
