Computer Disk Fragmentation + Cleanup Question.

I was recently running a system check-up, no virues, malware, spyware etc. but I did notice that Norton labeled that my computer's performance was poor (Ihave AVG Protection though). I googled "improve computer performance" and I found this page. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to computersbesides basic functions, for the "Disk Cleanup" program, which files should I delete and keep? This is how it looks:

Also, for the disk fragmentation, should I be worried about anything involving my things being deleted? I'd appreciate the help.

Defragmenting isn't going to delete anything. Basically it involves moving/swapping files to different sectors on the hard drive so that related files are"close together"

I recommend Auslogics
