Computer Experts Please Help vol: Spyware

I don't know whats wrong with my PC. All my virus protection(Malwarebytes, Ad-Adware, Spywarebot) won't come up except my AVG which came up with 26infections called spyware generic.ce but couldn't remove it. Theres no pop-ups or any thing to let me know that a virus or something on my comp. Doesanyone have any idea as to what I can do. Thanks

Im saying I cant find out anything cuz my antivirus programs don t work. And all avg says is spyware generic.ce
