COMPUTER HEADS I NEED HELP PLEASE Disk Defragmenter running for 16 plus hours

I have been running Disk Defragmenter since last night on my PC and the scanning has not ended

i used it before and it would take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours but never this long

but this is going on 16 hours and i'm worried if i unplug the computer the defrag will start all over again

do i keep it running ?

i googled a few questions and people have said it takes sometimes 12 plus hours

if anyone knows anything please help

not sure i believe a head disk drive

its funny after i started the thread the defragmenter was finished running

Gotta get rid of some of that pron my dude. Them HD videos are large files But age of computer, type of drive, amount of files stored can affect the length time. Also, if you don't ever restart your computer, you could be having a lot of processes in the background holding your memory hostage so things take longer to do.
