Computer Heads Vol. Firewall Question

anyone else experiencing problems with ZoneAlarm? it suddenly blocks internet access without any warning when i turn the thing on. when i shut the programdown the internet is fine. does anyone else have this problem, does it have to do with any updates?

also, is there another good alternative that i can use if i remove ZA?
