Every time i Download something, it'll open with something. Like, i tried downloading a skin and when i opened it, my internet browser just comes up.I'm assuming its attached to it or something. Anyway to fix this so it'll open up normally?

I cant seem to detach whatever its attached with.

Pop ups arent the problem.

Like, lets say i download a song. It goes into my music.

i open it and my internet shows up with a blank screen. i go to properties and the only

option i have is what the file will open with. i dont want it to open with anything. i just want it to be opened up regularly.

a lot of times when i download something it asks what program i want to open it up with, maybe yours is set to open like that automatically

oh, i just noticed that this only happens with rar files. i know hot to open them but i cant because after the download, when i try to open it, the internetcomes up instead.

You have to set your document centrality up. It sounds like Internet Explorer is trying to open everything up itself. Right click the download link and sve thefile to your desktop, then right click it and go to "open with," then select the proper application to open that file type and check to always usethat application for that file type.

When you are downloading/saving something to your computer, choose "download" or "save" file or something like that; not "open"or "open with".

AFTER you you download it, THEN try "open with" and choose the program of which you want to open the file with.
