Computer Tech heads: Freaking/Customizing Old Laptop help.

Ok, I found this Think Pad on Tigerdirect for like 249, it has XP on it, 2gigs of DDR2 Ram 70 gb HD runs XP. What are some things I could do to supe it up, orshould I just not waste my time on it?

wait for blackfriday. if you do get it tho, just install windows 7 and you'll be straight.

I would get the Saturday HP for 49$ more if possible, but buy a SATA hard drive and a dock for it (make your own external). Ram probably isn't upgradableanymore than 2g on that

i think you can get a brand new acer laptop for that much with better performance

the acer one will have an atom processor so no go on that one
