Straight shot of the back of the shoes would definitely help but they look ok to me as well. Soles are yellowing correctly.

IMO the 23's are good. but wait for @from88til  to put in his input because i'm not 100% sure, so don't pull the trigger just yet.

100% legit Concord 11's. Don't worry about the 23's, they are this way from wear. They have the correct yellowing which is more of a brown around the traction pods and the PL cut is good.
