Concords Factory Defect Help

View media item 855471 concords from FTL came with this and I decided I wanted to try to do something about it, any suggestions? or anywhere I could take it to to fix it? Also, is there anything that can be done about heel creasing? thanks fam!

Well my shoes got scratched there from a car seat I was pissed that looks like a scuff try nail polish remover
