"5 is less than 10"
Do you see how the symbol "points at" the smaller value?

Kareem, seriously, thanks for doing a internet search proving yourself wrong. your post said "<100posts" stating that whatever number is on the left is LESS THAN 100. EX. 5<100. you want to have GREATER than 100 posts. a few more mistaken posts and youll be there, chap.

So me saying <100, clearly signifies greater than 100.

As for this < V > discussion...
Kareem, you said "the open end of the sign points to the...GREATER amount". When you said "<100 post count" I assume you mean that you want you post count to be be greater than 100. Well if thats the case then then number to the left of your less than greater than sign needs to be greater than 100. If thats the case, then as 219 stated you should have said >100 post count...
Basically let X = your desired post count...
