Connection help

So lately I've been having some issues with my net. At random times the connection refreshes or reboots by itself, same when I'm on WoW my latencybegins to raise sky high. Anyone know what might be wrong? Anything I can do before I contact my ISP. (At&t connection btw

)

*Edit* I use 2 computers with the same 2wire box
