I've actually had a corneal ulcer due to the fact that I used to always forget to take off my contacts and was using an expired pair for quite some time...yea not the best decision. Anyways, just listen to the doc and take the eyedrops as they recommend for you. My eyes are fine now, just make sure to give your eyes a rest with the contacts (glasses, take them out when you dont need them).
