i’ve just got these and i couldn’t find them anywhere online. I’m not really a sneaker fanatic so if anyone has any idea, could they tell me what they are and possibly what they are worth? the tick got crocodile skin texture and some parts of the plastic is textured. the code is 366630-101 and i’m not sure if they are fake, custom or just discontinued. thanks

I can't find this exact pair but I found someone selling a different colorway on eBay that managed to keep the box and the tag says that retail was $85.

Unfortunately the internet has done a horrible job of cataloging sneaker history/keeping those archives alive so I can't confirm that your pair/this particular colorway is real or fake. I feel like the craftsmanship on fakes, especially for something like a Nike 6.0 (a budget skateboard line); wouldn't have been this good back in 2009-2010 though. I'd lean towards them being real.
