Someone just posted this status on facebook:

"I get made fun of for my couponing, but this morning I got 5 tubes of toothpaste, 8 toothbrushes, 4 Glade candles, and 2 lbs of bananas for less than $1.00 at Target. I think that is a pretty successful morning :)"

Hearing about all these insane discounts people are getting on bulk items and seeing what they are paying compared to what I pay when I go shopping, I can't help but feel like I am losing.

Does anyone have any experience with "extreme" couponing? Is it really time consuming? Any recommendations on where to start if I am considering doing this? Any tips?

There was this lady at the supermarket extreme couponing, she was in front of me and it took about 10 minutes for her to do her transaction but I saw her price come down from 160 to about 95.00
