I've always used eBay to sell my stuff but lately I'm thinking about going the Craigslist route. Which is better IYO? Does Craigslist have seller fees?

CL doesnt have seller fees and it depends on what you selling.

I have grown to like Craigslist, but you have to know what you are doing.
People will try to lowball you, and they will negotiate until the item is at hand.
As a seller, they always meet on my terms, I am flexible with the time and date, I'm never flexible with the location. I also, list high and negotiate down to the price I really want. Once the deal is made over the phone it is done, I tell the buyer that. Yes, they show up and try to renegotiate again, I tell them we already agreed to a price. Some have said no deal, and left, usually they call back when they are around the corner and decide to agree to the deal we had on the phone

eBay fees are ridiculous. I still buy on eBay though, since it is really a buyers market. All the fees are paid by the seller
Plus if you use paypal, you have to break paypal off with some dough as well. Craigslist is a headache, but in the end it's a straight cash transaction. eBay is a headache and you have to deal with bad buyers, eBay fee's, eBay restrictions, eBay rules, PayPal fees, etc. Plus, if you sell a lot of items quickly, PayPal will freeze your account...

Craigslist and eBay have their downfalls. Craigslist may have you drive far to sell an item to a lowballer because no one else wants the item. eBay rips you off with seller fees and you have to use credit cards and paypal, which is a hassle for some.

...craigslist is easier for me...no added fees or anything like that...faster than waiting for auction end...set a price you really want to sell at...then price it higher so you can negotiate it down to it...

Ebay is prehistoric, they we're starting to reach with all their fees and what not ...look at them now.
Craigslist has never let me down, you just have to KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.
I've gotten a sidekick 2010 in the box for $50 dollars, an CLIX in the box for $25 ....Sony flats creen 1080p $250.
...in all honesty though I'm an Amazon junkie, books, car parts, just about everything I buy is from Amazon
