CRAIGSLIST SCAMS?

I have a phone for sell on Craigslist and I got an e-mail from a prospective buyer wanting to pay $100 more than I had phone listed for( ( $80 for shipping and $20 for my time I guess)

They want me to ship it to their daughter overseas

They're asking for my Paypal name and e-mail.It seems kinda weird.

Is this a new scam on Craigslist?

Yea its a scam..... Not sure what the deal is with this but it always happens. Anytime I sell something on there I ALWAYS get those emails asking for paypal and telling me they will pay more and wanting me to ship somewere..... Just do a meet up.

Yeah I've been looking up the common scams on there and I haven't found this one yet.

Scam. I sell a lot of phones on Craigslist. Local meet ups only.

thats not a new scam, its just new to you.

you are the perfect victim.

they also do the western union thing where they make you deposit a bogus check into your account then YOU will get hit with the fraud.

anything asking you to ship is a scam..
