Happened right here in the Downtown area of my hometown. SDPD suspect car was going 200+ mph.

Driver was a medical marijuana business owner.

Driver dead but somehow a woman passenger survived.

Impact tore off and dislodged a heavy Navy anchor statue near a NAVY building.
