Heres the Scenario....
I have a $0 Balance.
Buy $300 snowboard boots with my credit card.
Payoff $200 immediately.
Decide I don't want the boots, and credit me back with $300.
0+300=300-200=100+(300 for the return)=My credit card statement should have $-200? Meaning I have $200 for future purchases? Or will they send me a check or something for that $200?

yeah your balance will just be -$200 and you'll have that credit for future purchases, but you might be able to request getting a check mailed to you if you so wish.
