Culinary School

the handful of folks that i know that went to culinary school never finished. the ones that stuck with their career, actually found work while in school and just worked their way up. one works in a nice restaurant in LA and other in hotel. they get paid decently and enjoy their jobs
it's been mentioned, but i will say it again, it is very expensive. if you want to get your feet wet, look into community college and take a couple courses in culinary arts. i was thinking about checking it out

Sorry I missed people asking me for modernist cuisine and other books. Modernist is on my laptop with a fried keyboard now. Sorry bros, it's all over google though. I just checked...

I got some more recommendations though.
