as far as I know, yes.. and you also get $20 "reward" if you spend $200. you can spend that on anything. it acts like cash, but you can only use it once, so use the whole amount at one time or else you won't get any of the remaining amount back.

Finish line sends me those coupons every month, cant use them on launch products ie: Jordan, LeBrons, air maxes, but you can use the rewards on anything

The pic you added that I posted is FNLs version of a "birthday coupon" except. They issue those coupons like every month to all winner circle members and they last for like 2 months. the "Winners Circle Rewards" is something like the VIP rewards you used to get from FTL except you can't stack them. And like above mentioned it's like cash and there is no balance so u have to use it all at once

how long ago did you sign up? it takes a few weeks to get the $20 off rewards when you reach your $200 purchase. you should be getting coupons in the mail and on your e-mail.
