custom basketball uniforms

does anyone know exact spots and contact information of connects that make customized basketball uniforms?

i know there are a ton of places in the PI, my uncle used to get it done for us, but this summer he will be away on vacation and cant do it. so im trying toget it done by myself.

i need about 15 jerseys, with or without the names on the back, it doesn't matter to us really.

please let me know of any websites/phone numbers/addresses you have of places that can do this.
