Custom Labels For Boxes....PICS FOR HELP

I've seen some of you guys with custom box labels for missing boxes or blank boxes..

does anyone have the template or original for this in any form?

not 100% sure what you're asking... if you're just asking for labels, why can't you just buy those adhesive labels and print onto em?
