DE Cop Acquitted Again For Kicking Compliant Man Knocking Him Out Cold (video)

Slavery was abolished in 1865, Milwaukee police was established in 1861, Chicago 1837, NYC 1845, Houston ~ 1841. hmmm interesting.

There needs to be a mega thread with all these police videos. It's obviously going to keep happening...
Every week there's a new one and the same comments and arguments in the thread.

Like I don't get what the point of making these threads every couple of days is

The defense was Lateef Dickerson was a career criminal so kicking him unconscious is acceptable. :x :{

What disturbs me the most about these incidents is the justification from the public.

Nah, we need a new thread for every incident just like General has a new thread for every thot or somewhat attractive actress/singer/athelete/etc...

Yea I was hesitant to use the word, "innocent," in the title although Lateef Dickerson was at the time and the 3 charges from this incident were dropped. He is a career criminal so figured that would take the discussion in the wrong direction, plus it made the title too long.

This is the 2nd time it was bought before a jury as well.

CPL Webster's first defense was he was trying to kick him in the body but missed, then his lawyer went into this weird diatribe (and people on FB have been repeating) about how he wasn't getting down, he was getting into a "football sprinter's stance," so the kick was necessary to prevent him from taking off running. Oh and of course, they thought he had a gun. They clearly struggle with details, dude on the radio clearly said yellow shirt.

Instead of addressing what's going on in the video, you're more frustrated with the repetitive threads and arguments? :|

Anyway, this **** is just... :{
How am I suppose to show sympathy for when an officer is killed in the line of duty without thinking they may have been one of these type of officers?

All he had to do was obey and get down like the cops said

But he did

Whats the next justification

Well, he has a record. So he probably would've did a Guile type flash kick, and killed one of the officers.

I hope Dickerson at least won his civil suit. Judge still has a gag order on it
