Dealing with your @#%# Boss.

I just got switch to a new schedule/shift and I got this manager on my #$@@! 

 I can only take so more of it and I'ma go off on this fool. lmao.

What does he do to tick you off though? I remember being in situations like this I would just be on time and do my job. Didn't really give them a reason to even talk to me.

Dude came up to me one day telling me I wasn't walking fast enough, mind you I was carrying a 45lbs part. 

Monday he got in late and asked me what I've been doing all day and it was only 9am. 

The guy is bipolar or something, I swear I be hearing dude talk to himself sometimes. 

Overall he's a douche bag.

Just keep it in, until you switch your job. Just don't burn any bridges, cause you never know what connects you could use later on in life.

The way I see it is, you don't have to have a great relationship with your boss. Sure, it's awesome if you do, but if not, unless he hates you and you're about to get fired, you got nothing to worry about. Unless you're trying to move up.
