You cannot change the mind of a white man. I do not know why some even try. White people never see things to be a problem unless it threatens their existence, their way of life. White privilege isn't an issue for them, and their culture does not try and eliminate unfairness because it is fair to do so, they do not want fairness, that is a level playing field. You cannot be intelligent, intellectally astute, then live with white privilege. In that privilege, limitations are placed before you because there is no challenge to grow. However for those that do not live with privilege, there are challenges abound. Growth and evolution is necessary in order to survive. So yeah, it is time.
