How, did NT React to the whole 9-11 Disaster?

Man, that's way back... my NT knowledge only goes back to 2002. I'm pretty sure I heard about some NTers having family in the towers though

Edit: Oh, we're talking about how WE reacted?? I thought OP meant like how did the NT community itself react.

I was in 7th grade religion class, our principal came over the intercom and announced that a plane hit the WTC. I thought it was an accidental crash at first.Then I remember us all being rushed down to the cafeteria and the teachers talking to all of us (it was a small junior high, like 180 kids). We didn't getout of school but the teachers didn't have class, some of them just cried all day

all we did was sit in class the whole day watching the news and listening to the radio

I remember just being terrified that it was just the beginning of many attacks upon the country.

I was in 7th grade...I was in homeroom.Next thing I know our teacher and an adminstrator who both are Military and Marine vets stormed in the class saying"We've been attacked! We've been attacked" everybody was stunned not knowing what was going on.Then the news came on and thats when we sawit.Everyone was scared.The whole school was silent for the rest of the day.You could hear a pen drop in the halls during changing of classes.

I wasn't affiliated with NT, hell in 2001 I could barely use a computer, but I was sitting on my duffle bag next to Chester McFloppy waiting for the bus totake us to bootcamp.

I was in Spanish 2 when it happened. 10th grade. Another teacher barged in tellin us, we turned the tv on, and was like "Huh?" then we seen the 2ndplane hit right there in front of our eyes and we were like

Yoooo, oh $$!%!! no espanol was learned that day.

The rumors started goin around that they were going to hit 3 mile Island (I live in Harrisburg so that's a stone's throw away near HIA) and pplpanicked. School aint let out but ppl was comin to get their kids since their jobs let em out. It was a crazy moment.

All those lost loved ones

Her job has her in and out of the towers daily and all. She came back covered in the dust. People were pulling kids out of school left and right that day. Whyis your post above mine when your quoting me?
