Clearly I must not have because if I did, then he would have made sure that I did not understand the concept of potential return on investment.

But since you want to play this game, I'll just go ahead and clarify. Nowhere did I say that if I was that person I would buy gifts for a chance to get those, however from a purely monetary standpoint I cant even be mad.
