You know each party is different and it's always good to have a wide variety of stuff. When I spun for Diddy I made sure I had the entire Bad Boy catalog just in case his representatives asked for a specific song, you never know. I spin more pop/hip house stuff so it didn't really have an issue playing there as long as you play things that people recognize you should be golden. Also have a good collection of 80s remixes on you just in case. I think it was the second or third time I spun there, I threw in some Bob Seger, then went into a little Journey/Hall and Oates and the crowd really appreciated it.

I feel you. I have all the new radio stuff and a lot of 80's music. I usually dont play songs that people havent heard before. Those songs usually clear the dance floor. I hope they dont hit me with a request like "Do you have any David Hasselhoff" lol. Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it.
