and also random Q, but anyone know what it is when your kneecap feels weird? like it hurts only when i bend it. maybe last month, it happened with my leftkneecap, but now it's happening with my right one. is it possible it's the shoes i'm wearing? since i just started wearing these Zoom Flight5's i kinda wanna blame them but i have no clue. it feels sorta dislocated but then i'm not sure...
