I should also mention the reason I'm asking all of this is because on eBay there's plenty of listing for the same event which people have had up allday and charging way more tha regular face value.

^whats she said ..... it might be they just haven't gotten to those ppl. as yet or they could be resellers working through/with ticketmaster but what theywrote you is pretty straightforward
