you !%#%*$ up when you admitted guilt. i would dodged them +%*%@%+ for 5 more years till the statue of limitations passed haha. but id still duck em, i mean ifthey really want that 400 they gone have to come and work hard for it. im sure the shoes you stole weren't 400. restitution is a straight rip off, if yousteal a 10 dollar shades from wal-mart they make you pay 200 in restitution so since the shoes were under 400 its not grand theft or larceny and at most a lilshop lifting misdemeanor.

Judge could issue a bench warrant.

Happened to my uncle.

Got a $250 citation, didn't pay, got a notice to appear in court, he didn't go, judge put a bench warrant on him.

Then he had to pay WAAAAAY more than the initial $250.
