My favorite is Campos on 2nd and Market. Sonny's is right next door which is excellent as well.
Also, if you can put down 2 sandwiches, I would highly recommend a roast pork with sharp provolone from Philly as well.

I don't know what you are shopping for. The Gallery is on Market St from around 8th to 12th. It's a pretty ghetto mall, but has a few decent shoestores. Ubiq at 15th and Walnut is the best shoe store in the city.
South Street (2nd to about 7th) has a lot of cool shops and things to check out as well.
If you really want to do some serious shopping, drive out to King of Prussia or across the bridge to Cherry Hill, NJ.
