i currently work at target and know 3 people who have a degree and are still working there, one of which has a masters, so im pretty sure id like to keep my job until i found something better...just saying

I work in retail with a high school diploma alongside 3 people with bachelors degrees. I make more than them.

Obviously your degree loses it's integrity if you use it to "style" on your manager.
Be an adult and quit like one.
I'd also continue to work there since it helped me obtain my degree in the first place.

if my manager or higher ups were pricks, not working with my school schedule and being unreasonable the second i have something new secure im quitting on the spot and laughing my way out.
if i got along with them well, i'd put my 2 weeks in and hope to stay in contact with them.
some managers tend to be very salty when it comes to students working for them though, since the manager isn't educated he/she doesn't see school as a priority and at times will refuse to make any sort of compromise when it comes to working with a school schedule even if you go out of your way to make it work so that the schedule works with work, those managers can choke my chicken for all i care.

that's the type of manager I meant when I said "crap"...but I guess people thought I said "the nicest manager that's caring and understanding" why would i make a thread on "styling on" a manager that's obviously nice and easygoing to you? lol...this is for the one's that give you hell for no reason.
