now that im back to working out im trying to cut it out straight up. but, those drunken nights its so hard to pass on some taco bell.

but before that, id say i averaged twice a week maybe.

luckily ive never been a "sweets" guy.

never liked cake, cup cakes, pies, chocolate ect.
but fried foods, chips, sour patch type candies

thats a whole nother story.

in high school, we had a "school store" that was open during lunch time. theyd sell all sorts of candy/junk food for the low. every day id get 2 packs of sour patch kids(theyre like .75 cents in stores) for $1.  had to skip the "store" for my guts and teeth sake

it's just way too damn convenient.. drive 5/10 mins and grab something through the drive thru as opposed to making something healthy. it's not even that i don't have the time to make it, i just dont have the patience to

. no wonder America is so fat.
