I would say Ryan Anderson..Russ was still pretty good last year..DeMarcus Cousins was a lottery pick so it was expected for dude to be nice..I don't see how you can give Cousins, Lin, or Pekovic most improved when it's only their 2nd year in the league..Lin didn't have much going for him in his 1st year so you don't have much to compare it to in order to refer to him as most improved..Pekovic is also only in his 2nd year..I'd give it to Anderson due to the fact that he's been in the league for 4 years and before this season he was considered a "throw in" in a trade.
