Under utilizing his rebounding ability is a huge mistake. I understand that Jamison thrives at the 4. But JHill's hustle and rebounding ability is just as much of a problem for teams as scoring. Because Hill gets a couple easy buckets due to his rebounding, and that is something all benches need. Where Hill suffers is midrange. It's vastly improved from last year, but still is what keeps him from being completely offensive efficient.
