Can somebody teach Pau how to rebound

I'm still going to say it again.. And I forgot who said it first at least 3 weeks ago. So credit is to whoever that was.
It's time to move Pau to the bench.. Have him play the Lamar Odom role...
26-30 minutes as the 6th man.. He plays very limited minutes with Dwight Quarters 1-3. Then he finishes with Dwight for the 4th.
You can't force him to take advantage of his matchups. We now have to try and create favorable matchups. And moving him to the bench MAY do it.
If we're not going to do that.. It's time to let him go.
I'm not going to wait for him to "learn" how to play with Dwight.. Like we waited for him to "learn how to play with a more dominant Bynum. Which never happened.

That was me.
He should just try to be an offensive spark off the bench. Players like him usually do not start because of atrocious defense. He is worse than Peje Stojakovic on defense.
