We all have wack *** periods of life. I've seen so much and have had to deal with all types of **** I'd never talk about, but bruh, when you dust yourself off and get your feet moving forward again, life gets good.
You never know how good life is until you experience a little hell. Just remember that. Once you're over the hump simple **** like lemonade just tastes better. You have a better appreciation for the small things.

I went through this before, and as stupid as this sounds, quit beating off.
I used to beat off like a lab animal and that made me more depressed.
I stopped and had energy and was more willing to get out and do stuff like visit a bookstore or just sit on a bench at the park.

Sorry about your bro and uncle. Rough stuff. It definitely is genetic. I know a whole family who is now gone. Parents committed suicide a few years ago. Since then all 4 kids have. The last one did about a month ago.
